TADVANTAGE

1) For Services that are the provision of Dealer websites, if such website is live on or prior to the 15th day of a month, the Dealer will be charged for such Service for that entire month and each month thereafter. If such website is not live on or prior to the 15th day of such a month, billing for such Service shall commence on the first day of the following month and in each month thereafter.

 

2) All charges for the Services will be due and payable as specified on and consistent with TRADER’s Master Services Agreement. Fees for the Services may be increased by giving Dealer not less than thirty (30) days written notice prior to the effective date of the price increase.

 

3) Completion of Creative/custom work or any 3rd party integrations might take longer than 30 days.

 

4) Dealer can terminate this Agreement by providing TRADER with 60 days advanced written notice (the “Notice Period”) of its intent to terminate this Agreement. This Agreement and all obligations and commitments in connection with this Agreement will remain in full force and effect until the end of the Notice Period.
